NAVNA is a shared digital services brand used by independent freelance professionals, Chiranjivi Sah and Mohammad Taha, operating in the Tricity region of Punjab, India. NAVNA is not a separately incorporated company or LLP. In this policy, "we," "us" and "our" mean these two freelancers, who decide how information sent through this website is used.

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you visit navna.online or contact us.

We collect what you choose to send through our contact form:

• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Company name (optional)
• The service you are interested in (optional)
• Your message

If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we also receive what you send there, under those services' own terms.

How we use information

We use the information you provide, with your consent given when you submit the form or message us, only to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Communicate about potential projects, including preparing a proposal
• Keep a record of the enquiry and of any project that follows, as needed for our work, invoicing and legal obligations

We do not sell, trade or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share it only with the services listed below, and with the other freelancer using the NAVNA brand where needed to handle your enquiry.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Our website is served over HTTPS and does not store contact form submissions itself. They are sent to Web3Forms and delivered to our email inbox, which is protected by the security of our email provider. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Cookies and tracking

The code of this website does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not include analytics or advertising tools. As our host, Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Third-party services

We use the following services to run this website:

• Cloudflare, for hosting and content delivery
• Web3Forms, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox
• WhatsApp and email, if you choose to message us there

These providers may process information on servers outside India and handle it under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you. If a project follows, we keep the related records for the length of the work and afterwards as needed for invoicing, accounting and legal requirements. If no project follows, you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Children

Our services are for businesses. This website is not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your rights

Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as it comes into force, you can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent.
