Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2026
Agreement
By accessing and using navna.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
Who you are dealing with
NAVNA is a shared digital services brand used by independent freelance professionals, Chiranjivi Sah and Mohammad Taha, operating in the Tricity region of Punjab, India. NAVNA is not a separately incorporated company or LLP, and it is not a registered partnership firm. The individual responsible for each project will be identified in the relevant proposal, agreement and invoice, and that individual is the party you contract with. References to "NAVNA," "we" and "us" in these terms mean that freelancer.
Services
NAVNA offers website development, Google Business Profile management, SEO, Meta Ads and social media management. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project will be agreed in writing before work begins. These terms apply to website use and, unless your written agreement says otherwise, to project work as well.
Project scope, revisions and additional work
We work to the deliverables written in the agreed proposal. The number of revision rounds, if limited, will be stated there. Work outside the agreed scope, or repeated changes after approval, will be quoted and agreed with you before we start it.
Payments
Fees, any advance or milestone payments, and due dates will be set out in the proposal or invoice. We may pause work while an agreed payment is overdue. Where a freelancer is required to charge GST, it will be shown separately on the invoice.
Cancellation and refunds
Either side can end a project by telling the other in writing. If a project is cancelled, you pay for the work completed up to that point and for any third-party costs already incurred that cannot be recovered. Any refund of an advance, and how it is calculated, will be stated in the proposal or agreement. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
Hosting, domains and third-party costs
Hosting, domain names, paid software, plugins, stock media, fonts, advertising spend and similar third-party items are not included in our fees unless the proposal says so. They are billed by their providers under their own terms, and renewals are your responsibility. We will register domains and accounts in your name wherever possible, and will tell you if we cannot.
Client responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback and the content, images and access we need. You confirm that you own, or have the right to use, everything you give us (including text, logos, photos and product images), and that your business and advertising comply with the law, including advertising and consumer protection rules.
Ownership of project work
Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. Ownership does not extend to third-party assets, open-source code, fonts, themes or software, which stay under their own licences, or to our general tools, methods and reusable code. We will ask for your agreement before showing your business name, logo or project publicly, for example in our portfolio, unless you have agreed in writing.
SEO and advertising results
We do not guarantee search rankings, website traffic, leads, sales or return on advertising spend. Results depend on factors we do not control, including search engine and advertising platform rules and algorithms, competition, your offer, your budget and your market. Advertising platforms may reject or restrict ads at their own discretion.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission. Names, logos and screenshots of client work shown on this website belong to those clients.

Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you in good faith. If that fails, the courts at SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer forum or other authority where the law gives you that right.
